Hey guys,
It's been a while since I last came on here. No gains to report because I had some other pressing issues to deal with and ended up stopping PE for a while. But I've been thinking a lot about and trying to bring together some knowledge and speculations during this time.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me some feedback on these ideas. Maybe shoot them down if I’ve gone off course. I'm new to this whole business of PE, but I've had a long time interest in health, nutrition, physiology, etc. I've read some weird, old books from the 1800s/early 1900s where they did some very fringe experiments. And I think there might be some ideas that might be applicable to PE.
These are some fairly disjointed notes, but I really want to get this out there. I feel like the time is right...
It was found quite a long time ago that blood flows where your attention goes. If you direct your attention to your thumb, you will notice an increase in sensation and the volume of blood in that location. Some physiologists even put people on a balance and got them to imagine running. When they did this, the balance moved in the direction of their feet!
This implies that you might be able to augment your PE gains by focusing consciously on and/or around your penis. It might be an aid for decreasing recovery time. Increasing the flow of blood to a certain area will also increase the concentration of nutrients that the body can use to recover faster.
Place your attention on your penis and you’ll start to feel a tingling sort of sensation there that indicates increased activity in that area. You might be able to make this easier if you tap your fingers against your penis/pubic bone to give you a sensation to concentrate on first. Tapping in itself can increase circulation – some Chinese exercises for health involve tapping the body to increase the flow of blood and energy.
Now this is VERY speculative, but: I wonder whether there’s a relationship between how much someone spends on activities that involve their upper body (brain/arms/chest) and penis size.
For example: let’s say you’re a nerdy kid and you spend all your time using your brain reading, playing video games...basically doing everything that directs blood away from your lower body. Since your brain is taking most of your resources away from the rest of your body, you might find that you end up with less penile development during puberty than the 'jock' types who spend a lot of time on sports.
The same goes for someone who works out their upper body a lot to the neglect of their lower body. Blood (and therefore nutrients for growth) ends up being diverted slightly away from the legs. Exercising the legs more – doing squats, for example, might help promote development that augments PE.
"You’re living in your head" - People who spend a lot of time daydreaming and lost in thought have a tendency to inadvertently direct blood flow towards the brain. Intellectual people feel as if they reside in their heads. They’re less ‘in’ their bodies. They might even be so intellectually involved that they don’t fully feel their legs/lower body. Indeed, there’s some evidence from bodywork to suggest that some people can lose touch with the sensations in their legs and end up less grounded in their bodies. Perhaps being neurotic and ‘up in your head’ and less in touch with the rest of your body also affects penile development. Being more immersed in the moment and fully in touch with the whole of your body might help you gain faster through the equalisation of blood flow.
Anyway, that's it for now. These are some of my first notes on this, bringing together a few ideas I’ve found scattered here and there. I don't know whether it's safe/healthy to take conscious control of blood flow, but these are some ideas that might conceivably be of utility.
I’d love to hear what you guys think...
