Wow you couldn’t have bumped a better thread today. I have not lost my temper in like three years. I thought that I had solved my anger issues. But today I went out into the disgusting world and as I was driving my 4 ton land rover defender a guy in tiny little Toyota in front of me kept brake checking me. He would slam on his brakes and I would’ve almost hit him. If I did hit him with my truck I would’ve ran over his whole car. So you could see why I was getting frustrated. He got to a red light and I was able to get beside him. And I just lost my temper, I yelled I cursed and now I feel guilty. I need to stop trying to be perfect and to be easier on myself when things don’t go well. I hope I get an opportunity to apologize to the kid that did this. But I know I have already been forgiven by Jesus.
