He guys I’m brought another Bathmate the other day after stopping years ago, I stopped because I had an injury where I had too much tension on an extender, at the time it didn’t feel to much but after I took it off I masturbated and something happened my dick was hard for ages after I blew and hurt. My dick turtled inside of me and went cold and felt rubbery and was numb. All this resolved itself though by not touching it for 2 weeks. I’m not sure if I regained all the sensitivity but it’s enough. Go slow, pump with hot water in the tube, go with less pressure and less time, use a timer, build up resistance.

@Notbigenough3, I'm no expert in PE. I do understand about putting stress on the body. Numbness in the body is usually due to lack of blood circulation. The Bathmate has a very large cavity and the sides of your penis shouldn't be touching the inner walls of the bathmate to cause a numbness issue.

What model of Bathmate do you use and what amount of pressure are you using with the Bathmate?
Well I was pressing against the wall for a minute then gave it a shake and it was free up and went straight, was the angle I was on. I’ve got the hydromax 7

I was only using low pressure or so I assumed and for only 3mins then massage for 2mins x3 =15 mins all up.

I just want to focus on girth really as I’m 7" in length but only 4.75 in girth and want to get to at least 5.3 5.5 in girth. That’s all I want and this jiggling of injuries is getting annoying. I’ll take a break then go back at it very slowly. Can the Bathmate alone get me to my goal do you think?

Those little red spots are micro capilar bursts, which little damage is good to build to new tissue.

In your case is injury so… too much pressure is far less. Rest and the come back with less pressure

It is good that you are so aware of your condition but at the same time all that awareness may also make you apprehensive and justifiably fearful. I know when I suffered injury that feeling of holding a alien penis was much like you until time and continued confidence returned. My biggest injury caused me a couple months of extremely apprehensive fear. What I can say is the injury you have may be as healed as possible or perhaps needs a bit more time but I would continue to be unsolved sexually with no overthinking it. Maybe take another week or two before starting pe again just to be sure you are completely healed. You may have some nerve damage that may never completely heal but that is the nature of that type of injury. Increased blood flow will always help and bring as much feeling back as possible so pe may be your best healing yet. Let us know how you are doing so we can continue to guide you.

Nerve damage does not always render the specific functions of the penis..erections, orgasm, etc. In some cases it may never completely heal. I have a small section on my lower shaft with nerve damage for close to 20 years. Most feeling has returned but still a slight bit has remained without hurting my function in any way.

So just an update I’ve got a sick I’ve filled with rice and I have been re heating it during the day at work when I can and keeping it against my cock during the day underneath my underwear. I pumped for no longer than 3 minutes last night on very low pressure.
