Small flaccid penis psychological?

So I'm a newb and very interested to improve what I've felt has been a diminishing situation with erections and size which impacts my self-esteem. I've tried some pills, as well as stretching and even a pump. I mean, that's fun and all but what dismays me is my flaccid state. I feel I can have virtually a micropenis at times. However, when I have taken a pill, I clearly have more manhood hanging around even when not erect. There's just more blood flowing. If I don't take a pill, I'm a scared turtle.

I'm decently satisfied with my size both flaccid and erect if I have a pill but that only lasts a day or so at best. Using a pump can be fun but that's also short-lived. In fact at times I feel my contracted state is often worse hours after using a pump.

Any thoughts on what can improve my non-erect situation without pills? Is it my posture? The underwear I wear? I cannot help think it's circulation but not sure if there's something else (like psychological) that I'm missing.
 
I have a secret that will give you exactly what you want and it’s called the testicle health massage and stretch, there’s no better exercise that will bring show much flaccid size. Your penis will hang longer and heavier. Your scrotum will also relax and allow your penis to hang with no interruption from the scrotum. It also is a great way to prevent turkey neck but I promise you if you follow this routine you’ll see your flaccid size come very close to your erect size.

The video looked a bit... intimidating. But, as I said I'll try almost anything. First session in the shower seemed to go well as the warm-up was definitely there. Subsequent non-shower attempts went slower, probably proving the need for more warm up. I'll keep at it.

Although it's only been a couple of days, eventually my boys go back into retreat mode after a while at varying speed after a session.

Any rule of thumb on how long before I can expect more longer-lasting results?

Also, I got snipped over 10 years back but I notice significant tugging on my left side as I'm stretching the guys to the right and little Al to the left. Feels like it's my left vas. Odd feeling given it was supposedly snipped. Normal?
 
That is probably because one side of the ligament is longer than the other. With simple stretching that will eventually even out. You can even put more force on the side that’s lacking to make it go quicker.

Warm-ups are very important and I also believe that heat is very important before during and after training if possible. I used a heating pad to keep my penis in malleable state all day. This is one of the biggest differences in my growth and others.

if you are experiencing a penis that is turtling I highly recommend you go to the newbie routine and follow the testicle health massage and stretch and this will bring your flaccid penis almost to the length of your erect. Your penis will hang heavier, lower and longer and your scrotum will relax and also hang lower and heavier.
