I have two sleeves from the Size Doctor. One has completely torn and the other now has a tear in it. Both sleeves started to rip at the thick end right next to the small circular impression. Whatever that impression is...it needs to go. The thin side holds strong and there are no issues. I’m going to attempt to cut off the bad portion and maybe that will stop it from tearing down the middle like my other one. I just ordered 2 new sleeves and requested a replacement.

@Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole. -
