Sleeve broken

[Uhhhhhhhhh]

Had a sleeve tear at the bottom, I just got it about a week ago and have used it twice. I try to switch them up to avoid using one too much.

Also, I filled out some reviews for a free sleeve but no responses. Then got a second request for the other products I ordered and I'm hesitant to do one considering I haven't heard back after awhile. I emailed the sales address.

Anyone know if there's something I missed that I was supposed to do?
