I think based on users on the forum and their experience with the
SG you want to be stetching to tension not to length. Meaning you want to stretch and measure it against the resistance level of the spring in grams, keeping more than roughly 600 grams, and you want to do that for a set period of time daily. Try to get 600 grams for 4 hours if you can manage it. Then work your way up in both time and tension. At my peak I did 900 grams for 6 hours a day and grew 1/2" in the first 45 days.
