Hello gentlemen,

recently found this site after doing research on how to PE better. Using a Bathmate Extreme9 for the last 10 months now. Impressive pump. Been pumping under more pressure ( full on the third set) and been getting fluid build up. Or donut cock. I just got the sillicap2 to hopefully prevent that. My question is how in the hell do you put it on after pumping??I am so much longer and thicker after pumping it won’t go on very easy! I watched the video. Lube would definitely help but I read that is a no. Thank you!

You don't need to wear a silicap. What you need is the duro ring from the MOS shop. It is a cock ring, you need to wear the duro ring for 1 hour right after pumping. I hope your pumping method is made up of SSJ and pumping?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I am doing SSJ between pumping sets. I have a rubber ring that I put on right after pumping my third set. And I still get a lot of swelling and donut. From what I read a sleeve or wrapping will help prevent swelling and improve length.
