Silistretcher Broken

I bought a silistretcher one year ago, I started training then I had to stop cause I was too busy with work and university. Finally last two months I was free and decided to train again, all was going well until the piston break, What to do pls, One time I remember I saw something like lifetime warranty, is it true?

I am saving money for a mityvac and LM, I won't have enough money for buying another SS
