SiliSleeve5 First Impressions: Not Great - NSFW Pics!

So I got this sleeve two weeks ago at the recommendation of @DLD . The protocol seems to be wearing it inbetween length and girth routines, and as much as you can on your rest days.

Unfortunately for me, using this product was not straightforward at all.

Even when ordering a sleeve custom fit to my flaccid stretched length and girth, it's extremely tight. I have to use my entire upper body strength to even pull the sleeve apart enough for a wide enough opening. The first time I used this sleeve it took 30 minutes just to get a half-decent fit on my penis. A lot of wrestling and the sleeve attaching really tight to my penile skin ensued.

But eventually, I got a fit. It's the first picture where the thicker end isn't folded down. It was around a week ago and I took it off after a half hour.

The second picture is from today, the one with the shaved pubes and the thicker end of the sleeve folded once. It was the only way I could get a uniform fit without the head folding and contorting into the sleeve itself. Left it on for 2.5 hours before I took it off.

Around 1.5 hours in I noticed my head became desensitized. I had to squeeze the head and do some kegels to restore blood flow and sensation. I wasn't watching for discoloration but luckily nothing looked out of the ordinary.

I have to be doing something very wrong because it wasn't comfortable at on. Putting the sleeve on and taking it off was a nightmare. I don't understand how people easily getting a snug fit when this stuff barely expands, if at all.

Meanwhile I have the sleeve stretched over a thicker cylinder-shaped object in my home and that took a full 10 minutes of wrestling to get it to fit over in a uniform way.

What the hell am I doing wrong? @DLD or anyone else -- how do I make the sleeve more elastic and flexible?
 
You echo my thoughts completely. After exercising my cock is always soft with no firmness to it... the exact time your supposed to focus on extended elongation. I have a couple of sleeves and want to use them as I think they would give the best extended stretch. However I revert back to ace wrapping. I think it would work eeect... but that isn’t gonna happen after exercising.

hoping to hear from others who may have had success with the sleeves.

Tell me more about ACE wrapping and how it works. Where would I get the materials and how would I apply the wrap?

As an alternative to the sleeves, ace bandage sold at local drug stores, etc. I use the elastic version with Velcro tab to hold closed. Reusable... I think it’s 3”x5’ or so, so I cut into two pieces (length) and have two to use.
Much easier, especially for growers IMO. After manual exercising, stretch flaccid penis and begin wrapping. I start just below my glans and overlap wrap down the shaft and back up. Holds a nice elongation after exercising to provide extended healing state. Look at some of the discussions on MOS, you’ll find some more info there as well.
If I can answer any more questions, etc let me know...

I have hardtime with ace bandage too, my penis rotates with the bandage and it's out of shape by the time I finish wrapping.
 
Ok! That can happen... and if I’m not paying attention, still does to me!

get the first wrap just below the glans done....not real tight. Then hold wrapping just below glans...stretch flaccid comfortably straight out and continue down shaft snd back up. If you are wrapping too tight it will twist. Less tightness will still provide good elongation and allow for longer wear times without discoloration which is lack of oxygen.
It takes some practice but you will get it!

Thanks for this! I'll look into wrapping more if I can't get around my issues with the SiliSleeve5.

My starting stats are in my progress thread but I'll put them here again.

STARTING MEASUREMENTS AS OF APRIL 19 2021:
  • NBPEL: 15cm (6 in)
  • BPEL: 15.4cm (6.1 in)
  • Erect Girth: 12cm measured at mid-shaft (4.72 in)
  • Flaccid Non Bone-Pressed Length: 9cm (3.5 in)
  • Flaccid Bone-Pressed Length: 10.5cm (4.13 in)
  • Flaccid Girth: 10cm measured at mid-shaft (3.94 in)
IDEAL MEASUREMENTS:
  • NBPEL: 19.05 cm (7.5 in)
  • BPEL: 19.5cm (7.67 in)
  • Erect Girth: 15cm measured at mid-shaft (6 in)
  • Flaccid measurements: ??? (will see when the time comes)
Not the world's best starting size. Especially not in today's day and age when women want above-average everything! (cwl)

My official measurements will be done again 90 days after I started PE which is near end of July. At minimum I hope I can get to BPEL 6.5in and MSEG 5.5in on an ordinary day without any training or pumping whatsoever.

you are putting these on while you are erect? If you’re trying to put them on when you’re flaccid there’s no way it’s gonna happen. Have you tried the baby powder I suggested? If none of this works for you you can go with the ace wrap, that’s what I used. Basically you get yourself some ace wrap and you stretch your flaccid penis straight out in front of you and start wrapping from the base all the way up your shaft to get right below the head and then tie off there. This will hold you in a elongated position for 2 to 3 hours and it’s just as effective as a sleeve. But you can also heal using your SS in a moderate tension.

Wait a second. I have to put the sleeve on ERECT? If that's the case then I've been doing this wrong the whole time. I can try this again tomorrow or Monday and let you know how it goes.

Will also use the baby powder this time. @DLD - I put it on the inside of the sleeve before application?

I'll make sure to get all of this clarified before switching to the ACE wrap and this assumes I won't get the SiliSleeve to work properly.

Thanks for the wrapping tip @DLD i always started at the top and worked to the base. I think your suggestion will perhaps provide a better elongation for healing!

I’m so happy we have resolved this issue, pretty common error. You might not need the baby powder now but just in case keep it in him. And if you do not like the sleeve you can use your SS or ace wrap.

If you are serious about doing this long-term, we always recommend getting the 3 pack set so you can properly size yourself, everyone has different sensitivity levels and tolerances.

Thanks for the helpful info. By 3-pack set, do you mean the SiliSleeve 2 + 5 + 10? Or do you mean the same sleeve with varying dimensions?
