SiliSleeve - My First Month Experience

Alright guys! My entire life has been a struggle with my penis size. I’ve never been happy or confident with my size. It’s affected me in all aspects of my life. I have gained some weight which I know only makes the situation worse, but here’s what I’ve experienced during my first month.

I have had a major problem with severe turtling over the past 10 years. My penis has never hung, as I’m only an inch and a half flaccid on a good day. My erect penis length is about 3-1/2 inches long.

I first ordered the smallest sleeve, and had to cut it down to make it work. It was entirely too long. It was very easy to cut to length. I was tough to get it on at first and wear it comfortably. It took about three days for it to become comfortable and easy to wear. I’ve been wearing it for 5-9 hours a day. I’m starting to wear it my entire work day. I actually feel more confident wearing the sleeve as strange as that sounds.

I since ordered all three sizes in different densities. I liked the middle size as it wasn’t quite as tight, but my problem was my penis would end up shrinking inside the tube. I’ve stuck with the smallest diameter and it’s a perfect snug fit for my lil guy. The biggest sleeve is entirely too big and unfortunately not even an option for me to use

I really like the two thickest sleeves as it keeps me extended best throughout the day. I haven’t noticed any major changes in length, but I am circumcised and am starting to see more foreskin on my shaft I assume from it being stretched for so long.

I haven’t done anything else as of yet, but plan on trying some other items in the store and exercising it daily. I’d be the happiest guy on earth if I could get to 5 inches with some increased girth.

I’m going to try and keep y’all updated on my journey and would love any advice you all have to give.

I know that would help tremendously. Even when I was fit I was only 4 inches erect. I’m on a mission now to lose weight!!

Are you using the sleeves for passive extension or are you using them for length work with the ADS/traction device? Did you measure the girth based on the flaccid state or erected state?

If you are using an ADS or a traction device, you only need 1.5 to 2in of length below the base of the glans. I like to fold mine up to create both traction and tightness for my ADS, and that's all you need to yank and tug your shaft for growth. Most of the stress points are between the base of the glans and 3 inches below the glans.

Same with Length Master wrapping. Most of the shear stress points are also within this 3 inches during stretches as you force the inner ligaments and tissues to yield.

Take the bottom part of the sleeve being too long on the shaft, fold the slag part upwards toward the base of the glans, creating a double layer fastener at the base of the glans. It also doubles as a loose cock ring at the base as well, ensuring no vacuum pressure leak below the glans. An idea for Power SiliSleeve? I'll post a image of it later. Can't whip out penis in the middle of the office just for a photo op.

I'm using it in the silistretcher as an ADS. I didn't measure the girth because the issue is that it feels extremely tight. I used the loosest one and it hurts to get it on. I'm thinking of trying to find some soft cable ties and use those instead. Lengthmaster's the last component but the ADS is where the healing comes from.

Sounds like your flaccid girth may be larger than the provided ones. The largest one from the SiliStretcher2 package I have is 0.5cm smaller than the one I needed. I have to purchase slightly larger ones (as backup) and used the ones I have. Just something to be mindful about while thinking on ordering extra larger sleeves for usages. My flaccid girth is 24 mm. I purchased 20 mm to use before pumping, 25 mm and 30 mm for post pumping with my larger ADS cap and vacuum cups (unfortunately, they provide measurements in mm due to overseas suppliers). They are very cheap, around $3 a sleeve. I got 5 counts per size, no more than 90 mm long, and roughly 6 mm thick (comfort reason). 6 to 10 mm thick are used as passive ADS for elongation at night or as stealth ADS during the day with 0.1 lbs to tension.

I like to fold mine up with the moderate thickness, acting as both reinforced pressure seal at the glans base, and as moderate blood flow constricting for glans expansion.

Just a few photos to use as reference.

Sleeve sits below the glans, and the long sleeve folds upward to around 1.5 to 2in below the glans. This prevents the excess foreskin from being gripped and causes slippage.


As new ADS SiliStretcher wearer, use the SiliCap to prevent blister formation. Shove the glans all the way in past the corona (flare) past the bottom cup's edge.


Once you add 1 to 2 full twists of the vacuum cup, yank on it to ensure the top of the glans corona is all the way in. Otherwise, you will have the top corona pinching during excessive movement.

If you experience this set up cause slippage, the sleeve may be too loose, or you can incorporate secondary penis sleeve around it. This may cause additional pressure on the base of glans. But you suppose to check up on the ADS every 2 hours anyway to perform adjustment with or without going to urinate.
