Anything I should know before I go long term with ADS? I tried it for 20 mins and a could tell a blister was starting to form, not sure if I have to fully pump it so there are no gaps in the cap, or use as little pressure in the cap as possible

I can't remember where I saw it, but someone recommended using film dressing up to halfway across the glans and foreskin area. Then tape some tissue down over the remaining glans area (pee hole). And then put on the silicap over that. I've been using that method for about a month and I don't get blisters. Here's the film I got:

awesome, thank you. Any advice on how i am supposed to use the vacuum? fully jack it up till my glans fills it or just enough to fully stretch and stay in it?

I remember talking with someone about this, and he recommended wearing a silicone cap on your glans.

The taping down of the tissue on top of the glans helps prevent blisters if air is trapped at the tip of the silicap.
