A while ago a guy I have known for a while told me I was a nice guy n told me I had to stop being nice i had to change all that shit..but I really don't get what he meant exactly,i think I have been just educated enough,but yeah he was right in a way..got to change a "few" things that aren't "right" imho..

I don’t really agree with this. Some women may like to be treated badly and that’s usually a daddy issue. Any respectable woman would want to be respected by a man. Of course women love strong man but I don’t think they love men that treat them badly. You’re a sweet guy stay that way
Indeed I agree with the daddy issue thing. A woman that wants to be abused/treated badly, and have all the drama that comes with that.

You should not be kind, only to get something from her (for example: pussy?). That will come back to hunt you in the future. I think that is called a "nice guy".
And this will show neediness/bad energy, which a woman are repelled by (kills attraction).
To really be genuinely kind, because you care about that other person, this is attractive.
You can be kind, and at the same time be a strong man. I'm suggesting that if you are kind to people (everyone you meet), you are strong yourself.
You should be kind, but you got to have firm boundaries in your life. You can't let people "walk all over you". That's called people pleasing. That's no good, and people are not going to respect you. Women are not going to respect you. Respect yourself and other people.

No. Wrong. You should be a monster, an absolute monster, and then you should learn how to control it.
A monster in the sense of that, you are strong physically and mentally. You can protect you and other people in your life, if it comes to that (I don't like violence).
Usually the kindest guy in the world is the man that isn't desperate for anything;
He's content with who he is, or who he's going to become, where he's going, and what he got. Then he's not going to push anyone else down, in order to feel good himself.
If a man complains a lot, push other people down (in order to feel good), gossip, talk behind the back of people ... these are not good signs for a man. He's dangerous... you don't know what he's going to do next. These men are unpredictable. He's not firm in his life energy.
You need to be firm in your life energy, to be a strong man. You can be that and be kind.
