Should There Be A Hole For This Specific Cap?

I received this together with the silistrecher, but there's no hole on top of the cap like other sleeve. not sure if there should be a hole?

You may think that poking a hole in the pen cap would allow the ink to dry out faster, but it turns out that the opposite is true; the hole actually helps maintain a constant air pressure inside the pen. Just who knew that? Keep your ballpoint pens in good condition for longer by always replacing the cap after use.

Looks kinda like the clear ones i got when i purchased mine a while back, i have never used them so far as i like full length silicaps, but let us know how you go with them.
