Will consider the bundle at some point, it seems i need alot of equipment excluding the extender that i already have, but fair enough. I think my next move is to buy the
bathmate. I kinda steered away from them, after hearing that the gains are only temporary, but that could be because most people don't stick to the routines for more than a month which is why their gains are only temporary.
Think carefully about buying a
Bathmate since it does offer both water/air with ease of carrying conveniences, but it lack the gauge for safety purposes. Do compare other pumping system with the safety features similar to the
MityVac.
Gains are not temporary if you use the devices consistently. You must keep up with the routines until the gains are cemented into permanents. I can tell you that the brothers have solid permanent gains, but you must not stop until the gains are solid and permanent. The cementing process is normally 4 to 6 months past the last gains you want to stop at. I can tell you, some of brothers here, both hidden with mininal posting and actively posting, went past their initial plans. I'm not joking with you when I say they have stallion penises that even scare the size queens out there.
Curious, if my extender noose keeps slipping off, is that indication that im over extending ?
Yes, it is an indicator that you placed too much traction tension on the skin that cannot support the tension at the moment. On top of that, your penis may not have the proper wrapping where the foreskin is allowing the internal penis tissues to shrink and slide right off. Most traction devices (extenders) recommend you to pull your foreskin back, wrap the base of the glans with good traction tapes/wrapping for the noose/
strap to grip on to. It will make the glans uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing .Wrap it correctly, and you'll have great comfortable tractions for hours on end.
should i minimize the rod size / reduce the tension ?
Yes. Only achive 1.1kg or so after the initial hour of higher traction, which an be up to 5kg. 800g is fine. But 1.1kg is the most optimal traction load for your penis going past 1 hour of initial traction load.
It only seemed to start slipping when i went up in rod sizes. I guess im over extending, but i know i need to add more intensity to break through my plateau, but i also don't want to injury myself.
Breaking through plateaus is not about pushing heavy
weights for long hours. Pushing through plateaus is about breaking through the tough tissues with strong traction initially, and remain at low traction for longer hours. It's a misconception to remain at high traction force for ultra long hours (6 to 12 hours). It's about breaking the tissues at high traction at first, and lower it down.
