should i change things up?

hey guys so ive finished the newbie routine and made gains from it
i did it for over 2 months but i think i hit a plateau
my routine is:
5 min warm up
4 min bundled stretches , 30 seconds each direction
9 minutes of basic stretching 30 seconds each direction
8 minutes of jelqing ( let me be honest since my goal is length gains i sometimes skip jelqing)
ps : i do no reverse kegels
and thats it
should i change things up or keep trying and wait ?
if you suggest i change things up what should i add to my routine and what should i change ?

Good to hear that you had some gains......

I would suggest you to keep this routine ongoing.....

What happens in PE is that when you start it, you will see significant gains in a very quickly....
Then for a very long time you will not see any gains. This is the time when your body is adapting to PE......
Do not stop doing newbie routine till you see some more gains......

Start doing reverse kegels and kegels as they are essential for PE.......(kegels are more important)
Start doing rotary stretches......
Start doing jelqing. Jelqing is an exercise which is meant for girth as well as length......
Start doing testicle ball massage......
Start doing A-stretches and mandingo stretches......

If I forget something, I am sure other people will sure to comment....

Definitely stick with jelqing, as it benefits both length and girth. Many have seen great length gains with jelqing alone.

You are on your way to reaching your goals, and achieving optimum penile health! Keep up the great work. NEVER GIVE UP!!

You may need to go with the SRT routine now to continue growth. Call do you have any equipment? How much time do you have a stay to dedicate? What is your ultimate goal? We will get something put together that will help you break through this plateau.

i dont have any equipment .
at the moment my short term goal is 1cm to 1.5cm in length by doing manual exercises
i dont want to invest in equipment, at least not yet :)
i did go throw SRT and i use some of the fundamentals of it

I feel you bro......
I also do not use equipments.... but for a different reason..... I do not have any money of my own...... LOL (cwl)

You can still get gains just by manual exercises........
I gained 1.5"+ in 11 months just by manual exercises..........(do not know the exact length......)
All you need to do is to increase the intensity of your workout. If you cannot increase the intensity, increase the time of your stretch(stretch for 60 seconds instead of 30) and start doing PE more often(like 2-3 times a day (just stretching)).

Hello bro, I always tell people to go hard or go home. Manual exercises works but I will not recommend it. I strongly advice that you take things to the next level by getting a length master and a bathmate or mityvac. I will be here to guide you if needed. When next you log into the forum (which you will surely do) you will see this comment and it's going to motivate you
