Shipping Question

Hello would anyone with knowledge of the ordering and shipping of products, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] specifically please be of any help... I purchased the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] on Monday January 23rd and after 4 days of no response. I was told that it would be shipped on that Friday January 27th.. It is now Thursday February 2nd and I have still not received anything. Nor have a received an e-mail letting me know what the delay is for.. So I would really appreciate some answers on this matter.. Thank you..
