Progress thread Scypher's PE routine

I've been doing PE for many years off and on. I started in highschool at 5.5" inches in length, and was consistent for a time in college and got to 7" inches in length, and have been on and off ever since then. Recently a few months ago I have picked it back up with a vigorous desire to reach my goal of 9" inches in length.

My daily routine is like this:
-I do manual stretches for up to an hour. 30 second holds in different directions, but mainly straight outward, and at the end of the hour I do 5-10 minutes of rotary cranks at max grip strength. It feels good to pull on my penis everyday like this. One interesting thing to note - i've always been very sensitive and any touching of myself gets me semi aroused which is not good for length work and manual stretches, so over the years I've used desensitizing sprays that have worked wonders for my manual stretching sessions. I usually use the JO brand desensitizers, I spray 5-10 sprays and get my penis completely covered, usually I get an erection rubbing it in all over my skin which is a nice warmup for my penis pre exercise. I used to wait 15-20 minutes after applying the desensitizer to let it soak in to the skin and take effect, and during these 20 minutes I would do kegels to warmup, but over the years I have stopped doing the kegels while waiting for the desensitizer to set in. Then I do about an hour 30 second set in different directions - probably somewhere between 50 and 100 thirty second sets at max grip strength pulling outward using an "ok" gesture hand grip.

-Once I have finished my manual stretching routine, I use the bathmate daily. I do this for 1 main reason - I have a hard time wearing clothes without having a bathmate pump on my penis until I have hit my desired size. The bathmate pump makes it look and feel bigger, so even when im going to work, gym or out in public, I almost always pump in the bathmate beforehand. Now one interesting thing that I have learned over the years from my own experimentation with bathmate and from things I picked up on this forum is this - I've learned that the max time I can pump for and should not overdo is 1 hour. I know 1 hour of pumping sounds crazy, but over the years I have built up my tolerance and techniques to do it well. Long ago I stopped using the bathmate in the bathtub with water and I now use lotion (high quality cerave lotion), 2 titan cock rings, and finally I use a wine vacuum pump to suck the air out of the bathmate and achieve a good pump. After I have done my rotary stretches, usually this gets me semi hard after doing 100 or so, this is when I will apply lotion to my penis, rub it all over, then I put the 2 titan cock rings below the base of the glans (my penis head), I have a decent sized head so they sit nicely below it and what these cock rings do is prevent fluid retention below the head of the penis that after a long pump makes the penis look miss-shappen. These work amazingly to prevent excess fluid retention as I pump for 1 hour sessions everyday. Usually while I pump in the bathmate, I play video games to take my mind off it, or I watch youtube or do chores around the house or even get ready. The wine vacuum pump is also a game changer to easily pump the bathmate to full pressure. This is the majority of my bathmate routine - I never pump more than an hour, but if I don't have alot of time I'll just do 20 or 30 minutes. Usually I need atleast 20 minutes to feel like the pump makes a difference in the hang afterward.

-Recently I have added in Phallosan forte extender stretching. I currently only do 2-4 hours a day and I try to do it later in the day after I have done my manual stretches. One interesting thing I have found is I can't maintain a good suction in the phallosan forte pump chamber unless I have done at least 20 minutes of bathmate pumping to help fill up the glans tube and remove excess pockets of air. When I've been using the PF extender my flaccid penis stretches out to 8-8.5 inches for the extended length. I bartend for work so it's hard to add more phallosan hours into the day because I cannot wear it at work, it would be too inhibiting on my job, too distractive and would draw attention. I hope to get a work from home job in the future to be able to work and do 8+ hours of extender time per day.

I am still extremely serious about getting to 9 inches in length. I feel my girth of 6" to 6.5" is adequate and I am solely focused on length gains - I just want to be longer. Currently I am +/- 7"x6".

I do wonder sometimes with how much I pump if it is inhibiting potential length gains. But it is hard to stop pumping because I do not feel the same in clothes without a good pump. With a good pump I feel confident and without it I don't and second guess myself and have weird body language.

Just wanted to post my routine as of late. Maybe there's insights that could be shared that I am overlooking. I have much more to learn on this subject and willingness to dedicate hours a day to PE and additional extender hours to achieve my goal.
