I use a program called, Virtual CloneDrive and, KMPlayer 64X in order to run the MOS DVD, without the need to burn the .iso file onto a physical DVD.
If you search after these programs on Google you will find them, so I'm not going to uploads the files on here.

Since @DLD have released the MOS DVD for free here on MOS you can do this.
If he hadn't done that, this technical solution would have been illegal.

These computer programs are really easy to use.
When most modern computers, do not have a physical DVD reader/burner, I thought it would be a good idea to share this information with the brotherhood.

The reason I choose KMPlayer 64X is for the reason that, I have tried different programs ro run the MOS DVD, but the KMPlayer 64X was the only free to download program, that could represent and read the DVD correctly.

For example: VLC media player could not represent the DVD correctly, since it jumped over, for example the intro of this DVD.

Note: This manual is for non-technical brothers (nothing wrong with that, we have knowledge of different things), so it's very detailed. It should be easy to just follow the steps to make this solution work for you. If someone needs pictures/videos to make it work, I can upload them later.

How to set it up?:
This guide is based on a Windows machine (Windows 10), but it should work on older Windows computers as well.

Step 1:
Install the programs, Virtual CloneDrive and KMPlayer 64X, it doesn't matter in what order you are installing them. But not at the same time.

Step 2:
You locate the .iso file (Filename: Matters Of Size Penis Enlargement Exercises Program.iso) on your computer (You download the file/MOS DVD here) "dubble-click" on the file and It will mount virtually as an actual DVD driver.
Hopefully the Virtual CloneDrive program, is the standard program for .iso files in your system now.

Otherwise you need to set it up.
Or you can just, right-click the mouse on the .iso file -> go to: Open with. If this text shows: Mount Files with Virtual CloneDrive. Click on it (left mouse button).

If the program do not show:
You need to locate the program (Virtual CloneDrive). If you click on -> Choose another app, hopefully the program will be in there. If not? You need to locate the program's .exe file in the file system. But most likely when you installed the Virtual CloneDrive, the program will be pre-set as the standard program for .iso files. So you should be good. With Virtual CloneDrive your PC thinks it's a physical DVD reader + physical DVD in your computer.

Step 3:
• Launch/run the program, KMPlayer X64.
• At the top left corner you will see a logo (KMPlayer and a rectangle icon. Click that with your left mouse button.
A drop-down menu will appear.

Step 4:
• Move your cursor to: File.
Click on; Open DVD/BD... (Or on your keyboard : Ctrl+D).

The file explorer will open:
• Locate the virtual DVD under, This PC.
The virtual DVD will have the name:
BD-ROM Drive (X colon) MATTERS_OF_SIZE_PENIS_ENLARGEMENT.
[X can be something else, since it's the driver letter of that particular drive].

When you have located the .iso file, mark it with one click on the left mouse button. Bottom down in the window it will now say; Folder:
BD-ROM Drive (X colon) MATTERS_OF_SIZE_PENIS_ENLARGEMENT

Now you click (left mouse button) on; Select Folder, and the MOS DVD will launch. You navigate the menus within the DVD with your mouse pointer. There is a line under the text, and you need to press that, in order to navigate into that section in the DVD. If you just click on the text (left mouse button) nothing will happen.

After you have pressed a specific video tutorial/video, the video will play, after that you will return to the previous menu in the DVD. You can also navigate the DVD with some in-built functions within the KMPlayer 64X, but that's more complicated.

Enjoy!
I hope this will help some brothers without a DVD player/burner. Not everyone got them today.

Any questions just ask.

And I hope it was okey for @DLD that I posted this? Otherwise I will remove this post/thread. Sometimes I feel like I should not post some things, I don't know what that comes from.

Take care!
