Progress thread ROUTINE EXPERIMENT

Hello everyone, I wanted to expose and understand if my routine is correct. I'll start it from tomorrow. good or bad some things for example the 1 hour continuous pumping I have already experienced it.. also manual stretch with phallosan; bundle stretch I started it this week.
Reading you will understand

Bundle stretching as in the photo I uploaded, using phallosan plus. Is it important to extend while rolling up? Two and a half minutes for rotation and extension or is it better to do small 30-second stretching sessions?
The same thing I mean for manual stretching exercises: I see that many people do small 30 second sessions, I do 2/3 minutes of continuous stretching sessions on each side. Better to stay small session? Or 2/3 continuous minutes?
To make continuous 2/3 minutes, I always use phallosan only with the bell and sleeve; I pressurize the glans inside the bell and pull with my hands.

I'll start with this routine from tomorrow: I try to do 7 days a week if I can have free time.

- 5 minutes of heating with hot water
- 5 minutes with bathmate pumping at maximum pressure
- 5 minutes bundle stretching with phallosan plus, I rotate it about 360 degrees for 2:50 minutes to the left and then to the right
- 3 minutes of stretching towards the front
- 3 minutes of downward stretching
- 3 minutes of upward stretching
- 3 minutes of stretching to the left
- 3 minutes of stretching to the right
This manual stretching process I try to do 4 or 5 times, (75 minutes total).
I wanted to understand if it was better to stretch for 3 minutes, or shorten it to 30 seconds / 1 minute?
- Then a wash to restore circulation with hot and cold water I try to keep the extender for about 3 hours at minimum tension to cementing. (Three hours at minimum traction to cement)? Cementation is where I'd like to get to, as I've never had any gains in all these years.
- Finished with the extender at minimum tension, I do another 5 minutes of bundle stretching, and immediately after I use the bathmate for 1 hour continuously.
Am I wrong to use the pump on the same day as the manual stretches?

I love it. If you are not losing strength after 3 minutes then that is fine. But if you are cut it back to less time and more reps. As far as your pumping routine goes I suggest you check out the 5x5x3. It is a sticky in main forum

I found the 5x5x3 as you said; I don't understand if I have to do:
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity
1H SilliRing
and repeat it 3 times for a total of more than 3 hours, or 1 hour of SilliRing is enough at the end of the 3 sessions..

Doing the girth work every day that I can.. after the length work will it slow down my length gains?

Attach SilliRing to retain girth

The program/session is 30 minutes.
Attach SiliRing at the end for 30 minutes. You can remove it after 30 minutes and restore blood flow. Then re-attach the SiliRing again if you want to.
 
Today I noticed that stretching with phallosan is counterproductive if it is done more than two minutes continuously, for blisters: so I decided that I will keep 2 min in front, 2 min down, 2 min up, 2 min left, 2 min right.. for How many reps would it be better to do? I try to keep the traction firm
Start with active stretching for 20 minutes x 2 times per day. If that isn't enough you can increase your actice stretching to 1 hour per day. You need to talk to your penis to figure this out.
 
Therefore, increasing traction will always be needed. Nothing basic like I read in other comments. So the 6 hours speech is what the manufacturer offers, for example phallosan forte which guarantees you results with 6 hours a day, right? If I wanted to get more feedback, should I keep it even more than 6 hours? Will the stretch manual as I explained them to you, together with the phallosan, be enough? or should I increase with other exercises? Last thing; To get more profit I have to do manual first and then phallosan, can't I do the opposite?
There is active stretching and passive stretching. Active stretching is what will give you your major length increase, and passive stretching for 6 hours is what will cement your gains. Keep your penis elongated as much as possible when you are not actively stretching.

I'll describe an example of my day, at the moment I'm not working, I start around 2 pm with warm-up, bundle, pump, manual stretching, then do I have to do the hours of phallosan before 2 pm if I can? Other than after all the exercises?

Is it better to have two separate sessions? Example one morning and one in the evening or is it done only for those who start from the beginning?
With two separate sessions in this case I'm going to put the phallosan 2 times right? For how many hours then? eg.. 6 after one session + 6 after the second session?

2 sessions are better then one.
The more you wear Phallosan forte when you are not actively stretching, the faster you will gain.
6 hours after every session should be good.

That's ridiculous. You can wear an extender for as long as you can handle. My advice is to wear for hour, return circulation and put right back on

Always increasing traction or is it not necessary? If you don't need to do up and down traction every hour, what would be the recommended traction?
 
It is very different. ACE is to hold you are your current size while an extender applies force and tension holding you beyond your length.
How did you manage to hide the extender between your pants, knowing you have to keep it on all day?

Returning to the circumference, I noticed that the silliring is placed both at the base and on the glans; for what reason? Is a sleeve on the base enough?
 
The goal is to keep the expansion for a prolonged period of time, when your girth routine is over. This will speed up the growth, and cement it.
Slow Squash Jelq it's important?
I've always done 1 hour of continuous bathmate; I put elastic at the base, but I've never seen results other than instantaneous.
Could it be even the sporadic use of alcohol and tobacco every day, do these things slow you down in length and girth?
