Hi,

I am quite new to PE, although this is not my first approach to get some results but I never been consistent. Situation changed since last 5months, because I have bought HYDRO 7 PUMP and I have been using it 6 days per week during showering 2x 5-6min fully erect and in last 2minutes of second sesion I am doing pulls in all directions. I have already maxed out pump suction and penis lenght in pump reaches maximum limit of 7,5 inches. Additionally I was doing 10min slow Jelqing once per week. During 5months I have gained 0.4 inches in girth (from 4.9 to 5.3) and 0.3 inches in lenth (from 6.9 to 7.2 BPEL).
Because of busy schedule, I already know that I will have some problems with implementation of manual exercices in to my daily routine - I would like to ask for advice about most effective passive routine and tools. What would be the best solution to combine other activity besides PE (example with hydro pump - I am taking shower and using pump, therefore not wasting any time on PE solely) at the same time to reach results. I cannot wear any extender during day time, since I wear a suit pants on daily basis and it will be visible. I would highly appreciate your help. Thank in advance.

My goal is:
BPEL - 7.8 inches
Erected girth - 6 inches

Think for starters check out the SRT. As for other quick wins to support the pump work is do some tunica stretching pre pump use, switch to a 3x5min pump session and introduce SSJ's during each 5 mins break and then after you finish.

Thanks for answer! Do you think upgrading to Hydroextreme pump would be reasonable as well?

Not sure of the differences but I believe the xtreme gives you more power basically with different pump and internals, guess once you are well into being accustomed to the hydro 7 it may be a worthy upgrade, maybe others who have gone between the 2 pumps may be able to help more.

there are three different options when it comes to pumping in the brotherhood. We carry the Mityvac which is an air/water pump with excellent vacuum in wet and dry situations. We carry the Hydromax which gains its vacuum from the gaiter. There is the Hydromax Extreme which comes with a hand pump option. The least expensive option would be the Hydromax base model and use the wine vacuum modification. The best model is the Mityvac.
