Rookie mistake/minor setback

Hello guys. I am a newbie and need some help. I was making substantial gains but I am being met with set backs left and right. Just as soon as I started to get the hang of the bathmate I ended up getting thrombosis. It's soft and runs up the side but also slight protruding underneath the gland. DLD, seems like you say it is okay to do length work. I am nervous but it seems like all the veterans on this forum have gone through it. I often stay up wards of 4-8 hours in my extender . Checking every hour for circulation. I have already made gains in about a month and a half of consistent stretching but with the thrombosis and the slight bruising that hasn't really gone away from the tip of my gland, the exchange of 1/2 inch seems kind of crap. For the last few days I have not done anything really just arnica bruise and hydrocortisone cream every 3 hours or so. Eating garlic, turmeric, and ginger. As well as ibuprofen and Ice for 5 mins intervals. I also ended up getting that evoo concoction. You know the one with the lemon grass, lavender, etc. I will begin that tomorrow. I hear hirudoid cream helps. Just bought some. I just need some help. Any advice will be great just for my piece of mind. I appreciate you guys reading this.

Continuing this thread for the purpose of recording the steps I took tho heal my thrombosis. It's been a week since I stopped all PE. I have been advised that it is okay to continue to stretch in the flaccid state. My weapon of choice has been the rod extender system. With that being said, I have been putting it off but I may start of doing just a couple of hours a day as opposed to the 6 hours per day(average) that I would put in. As of yet there is no change. Taking Ibuprofen and icing as well warm shower whilst massaging gently. I hear hirudoid cream works so I went ahead and ordered some. As the old saying goes, "it's a marathon not a sprint".

I think you’re doing things perfectly. You exercise quite a bit of self-discipline keep yourself from training as you healed. And now that things are getting better and better you’ll be able to do more and more but there is no race, we want to keep things safe and simple and get you training again in full force. I have taken you under my wing and all I expect from you is to grow grow grow!
 
I appreciated it DLD. I won't lie I still haven't done any work yet. My mindset has been a bit off. I just want to see some change(in terms of healing) right away. As childish as that may seem. The irony of it all is I have been pretty much a monk for since the last decade, so I am somewhat in tune with forgetting about my junk. I appreciate the confidence you are putting forth man it is really cool and up lifting like a true brother in Christ. Thank you for being unashamed.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
