A few months ago I posted in the "Introduce Yourself Here" thread and that was Step 1 to getting familiar with the MoS crew. I realize my ex-girlfriends made me feel bigger than what I actually am. Personally, I always felt like there was room for growth. Recently, I met a new girl who is the spark for me to take PE seriously because I want to impress her.

My new Mityvac arrived today with all the high-quality accessories. I'm really excited. I feel like investing in the MoS products forces you to commit to PE.

Any advice on how to use the equipment would be greatly appreciated. I was so excited I took it out the box immediately and started pumping lol, remembering to keep the gauge at 5.

Erect - Current
Bone-pressed Length: 7 2/15"
Girth (base): 5 1/2"
Girth (mid-shaft): 5"

Erect - Goal
Bone-pressed Length: 9"
Girth (base): 7"
Girth (mid-shaft): 7"
 
Good for you and I’m glad you’re doing something for yourself. What type of workout are you looking for? I can write up anything you desire but let me ask you some questions. Are you more interested in girth or length or both? How much time do you have every day to dedicate? Are you in a sexual relationship? What is your main goals? Aside from the equipment you have listed do you have anything else? Let me know these answers and I can work with you to put a routine together
 
Thanks DLD! I'm looking for mainly serious girth gains but if length comes I'll take it. I would say I have anywhere from 1-4 hours after work to dedicate to it. I am in a sexual relationship. The Mityvac system is the only equipment I have right now but willing to try whatever will give me girth gains the fastest. A routine would be amazing. Thank you ?

If girth is what you’re looking for that I have the best routine in the world for you and it should only take you 45 minutes a day. It is called the 5×5×3 and you’ll find a complete description of it in the SRT thread. This routine alone will bring you incredible gains in girth and you will also notice some length gains too. Read through the thread and let me know what you think and if you need anymore help or you don’t understand something just ask, that’s what I’m here for and it’s what I love doing.
 
Wow. That program is actually simple and genius. I just finished a routine tonight. I'll give that one a shot tomorrow. I read your article and found the part about the restrictive underwear shocking. Time to get rid of all my tight designer pants and underwear lol

Mityvac Pumping: 45 minutes
SiliRing (largest-diameter): 20 minutes

Notes: Felt the sensation of blood rushing out of the penis with the largest-diameter ring. Still looked pumped. Will use the smallest-diameter ring after tomorrow's pumping session.
 
Monday December 7 2020

Mandingo Stretch:
10 minutes
Mityvac pumping & SSJ: 5x5x3
Siliring: 30 minutes

Notes: The Slow Squash jelq looked super effective today. Worked on jelqing up from base of penis (while still wearing MitySleev from pumping) and squashing down with my palm on the head of the penis to cause expansion at the top portion of the penis.

Tried the Slow Squash Jelq with the Siliring on and off at the head of the penis. I liked the expansion from both methods. I realize the more sessions I do the more creative I'll get with PE!
 
Hey guys, I feel like I should still be jelqing, but don't know where I should fit it in my current routine. Any suggestions?
 
Jelqing Is really a beginners exercise so I would not even try to fit that in there. If you want to do more girth work and do another run of the 5×5×3.

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes

That's all the time I got tonight. I'll finish the pumping tomorrow morning. Just getting back into it.
