Others have apparently encountered issues with something similar. So I was given an offer of a free silisleeve or durosleeve, which I would LOVE. the product is perfect, and I like the quality, but it was a tad too short. I actually gained in the two weeks since I ordered it and received it! Which is awesome! But not for using he product... A free one would be awesome in my right size in return for a review.
But I can't review the durosleeve...
Help. I've not been able to reach customer service yet but that might be because I tried talking to the worthless AI chat thing. And replied to the message offering the free sleeve in return for a review. Sili me. (I could not resist, forgive me).
Anyway, I can't even begin a review. Or view the reviews. I hit "reviews" on the list of options under the purchasing page where the product is displayed on the shop. And yet no reviews come up. It just says "based n xxx number of reviews, with "Review" highlighted in blue. The link refreshes the page, and no reviews appear... at all. I can't leave a review, and thus cant' hope for a free sleeve I actually really, really need.
