Starting back up PE after many years of just maintenance here and there.
4/1/2020 was my official start back at it. Almost 2 weeks of SRT down already. Time flies.
I've gained over an inch in the past and will have to work much harder for this next one. I'm starting back up at 7 inches non bone pressed. Hoping for an inch within a year. But with the routine I'm doing, hopefully sooner! 6 months would be killer.
Every night I've been managing this set: no days off
20-30 minutes Lengthmaster, bundles, many angles, rotaries.
1-2Hr size genetics full tension
1 Hr+ phallosan strong tension (while going to bed)
4 Hr+ Wrap. (I finish with ace bandage when the phallosan becomes uncomfortable)
I'll be adding some jelqing in the shower as well.
Will try to keep this updated on progress or changes every so often.
I believe I've got SRT pretty much nailed down but am not yet incorporating erect stretching or expressive stretching. That may change in the future, but for now, I will see how the regular lengthmaster usage treats me. Some days when I have time I'll be doing extra sets of LM stretching and wrapping throughout the day before the nightly routine.
Today I managed three sets of stretches for over an hour of total Lengthmaster time. It was a good day and good start to my progress thread
