RESTRICTED PENIS (LENGTH)GROWTH ?

What are your opinions, advice, comments on PENIS GROWTH RESTRICTION due to a penis tight FRENULUM and/or short penis (shaft) skin may not be long enough to allow penis to grow and may possibly & maybe restricting length growth, again, especially the length ??

When I am erect it appears to be stretching very tightly and seems if the frenulum wasn't there and/or as tight, I would be a little longer - every little bit helps ?
