Regular stretches through the day

I would like to know your opinions on a routine which includes simple 5 way stretches (up, down, left, right & S.O Bundled) done 6-8 times a day, which equates to every 2-3 hours. Or if anyone has followed a similar routine and gained well or not gained ?
I believe this constant stretching would also serve a dual purpose - lengthening the penis and acting as a type of ADS.
(this would be in addition to the regular PE routine being followed)
The reason I brought this up is that I have observed many gainers in the past who used such concepts in their PE training, I too used to wonder about this before observing these length gainers.
I will be getting a LM and extender near the end of this year as well, to supplement these stretches if this is a viable approach.
 
I gained very well with hand exercises but I was constantly upping the intensity or changing to more intense exercises. Gaining by hand many still use but with the proper tools and routine you can gain twice the speed! Good choice on the LengthMaster, this is the first step in big boy work! :tongue-out-1:
 
Yes I remember. Infact I was inspired by your routine which included stretches through the day. I don't know if you remember this gentleman by the name of Motlissof or Tom, he too used a routine similar to yours, only thing was that he did only stretches and gained a lot. Other than that I have observed many who use the all day concept of stretching and have gained well. Like you mentioned in one of your videos "keep pe simple", I'm doing that while approaching male enhancement.

Keep things simple always. SRT is the best routine you can use, it brings length and girth gains to a new level but it takes time to understand. Progress when you feel ready.

Just use the length master 1 hour daily in the form of supersets like this: 20mins into three places. This is the fastest way to make gains with the length master.
