Hey im abit worried about this
I got many dark red spots on my penis
and half of my shaft is super dark/red,
I only use bathmathe

I took 10 days off, and now my penis has shrunk it feels like, never been this small
but still dots are here

It's normal with shrinkage after girthwork.
Put on a cock ring immediately after girthwork and then use a Penis Elongation Wrap, Sleeve or SiliStretcher to keep it elongated after that.
