Ramrod’s Progress

Hello everyone! Glad to be part of this community. Wanted to keep up progress for me as well as inform everyone else of my routine and progress. I am creating my own program and will see where it takes me. Not going to lie I am lazy and have tons of other hobbies I would rather be doing instead of yankin on my peener, so my routine is not going to be extensive. The only tool I will be using is the Bathmate Hydro 7. If you have any questions or advice please dont hesitate!

Beginning measurements:
NBPEL: 6”
BPEL: 6.5”
EG: 5.5”

Warm up:
Hot shower or bath

Routine:
I am going to start with 5 days on 2 days off.

Bathmate s2s stretches
3x100
Releasing pressure and helicopter in between each set.

300 dry jelqs

Day 1 (March 31st, 2020)

Today before work I warmed up with a hot bath. Once warmed up I did s2s stretches with my Bathmate Hydro7. I completed 3 sets of 100. Removing the Bathmate in between sets to helicopter and get blood flowing back to normal and give it a break. Once I got back home from work I watch some TV and did 300 dry jelqs.


Day 2 (April 1, 2020)


Today I warmed up with a hot shower. I only was able to complete 2x100 Bathmate s2s stretches and once I came home from work I took another shower and complete the last 100 set.

Today I am really sore and tired from working out and getting back into skateboarding, so I did not do an extensive workout like normal. I fixed a hot bath warmed up and did 30minutes of bathmate pumping. 3 sets of 10min, removing pump in between sets to helicopter. Since day 1 I have noticed flacid hang is bigger, thicker and longer and I feel good. In the bathmate when started a few days ago I could only reach the “14” mark before it started to hurt. Today I was able to reach “16”. I dont think this is necessarily gains but just my dick is conditioning to get to the point I can start hardcore gaining. If that makes sense LOL.

Last night I was bored and wanted to make up for the PE I didnt get to get in, in the morning. So I hoped in the shower and pumped with light stretches. I feel I went a bit too hard though. Many red spots and different expansion lumps. I planned on taking the weekend off for rest days anyways so good to give it rest. Penis looks normal again this morning but still need rest. Want to be safe.
 
Yeah I have heard both ends of the spectrum. I am sure I will want to pump later today because I dont want to feel like I will lose gains LOL

Don’t worry so much I’m losing gains if you take a break. Anything that you may lose will come back immediately.

I also have read and it appears a lot of people have had great results from vacuum all day stretcher so I ordered one today. Should be here between friday and monday and will update after first use. From what I have read, you can pretty much wear it as much as you can handle all day everyday. Starting out I will probably just do it at home and once I get comfortable with it I may get confident enough to wear it at work.

Havent had time to update on here but I havent stopped PEing daily. Everyday I have been doing 3 sets of 100 reps of bathmate s2s stretches.
Today my generic vacuum all day stretcher came in and currently wearing it. I am using it correctly as far as I know. I have my penis stretching up and around towards my right hip. Its stretching but I dont feel a good hard stretch. Also my head is getting purple and cold after a few minutes ? Is this just supposed to be a light constant stretch all day? I thought about just using it to hang instead to get a better stretch feel.

I got really frustrated with trying to get sleeves and caps and vacuum on. I quit trying and maybe I will try again tomorrow.
 
As long as it’s working for you that’s what matters. How are you using it? Are you going by SRT or something else?
I must have got lucky first time I put it on, because now I am actually having trouble getting sleeves and cap on. And not quite sure I am getting enough vacuum ?
 
Well I did 3 sets of 100 s2s stretches in my bathmate like normal this morning but I got reallly bad fluid retention in the head and glands of my penis. I didnt think I was doing it any harder or longer than normal but obv I did. So I will be taking a break until everything gets back to normal. Sucks because after 1.5 weeks I was really seeing lower hang and confidence built up high. A girl is supposed to come over tonight too but nothing is going to happen now....

ugh, hoping for quick recovery. I am think of just light jelqing and kegels to hopefully help healing
 
You should really be using the 5×5×3 so you do not end up with all this water retention.
 
Been off PE for a few days. My hydropump was having trouble with suction so I took have comfort pad like others had suggested. That was a mistake it hurts like hell now. I think I figured out how to use vacuum ADS now and have started hanging 6 lbs today. I have 2.5lbs but literally felt nothing. Really dont feel anything at 6lbs either but staying here for a week before I move up in weight.

I think I figured out how to use vacuum ADS now and have started hanging 6 lbs today. I have 2.5lbs but literally felt nothing. Really dont feel anything at 6lbs either but staying here for a week before I move up in weight.

ouch, sorry that hurt so bad so many people do not use the comfort pad and I never hear about this so I’m so sorry. What trouble are you having when you do use the comfort pad?

I have trouble with it too but I’ve gritted my teeth and got on with it...I think I was just trying to get too much to after our and was a bit too vigorous with the pumping action, to the detriment of my poor pubic bone...the vin vac has resolved this issue...I am coming out with a crinkle cut base now but it’s not much of a problem. I know it’s not doing me any harm as long as I’m not in fir too long, and it suggests that I’m filling the bellows (I’ve removed the comfort insert.).
