Hello everyone! Glad to be part of this community. Wanted to keep up progress for me as well as inform everyone else of my routine and progress. I am creating my own program and will see where it takes me. Not going to lie I am lazy and have tons of other hobbies I would rather be doing instead of yankin on my peener, so my routine is not going to be extensive. The only tool I will be using is the Bathmate Hydro 7. If you have any questions or advice please dont hesitate!
Beginning measurements:
NBPEL: 6”
BPEL: 6.5”
EG: 5.5”
Warm up:
Hot shower or bath
Routine:
I am going to start with 5 days on 2 days off.

Releasing pressure and helicopter in between each set.
300 dry jelqs
