Quick Anatomy lesson please?

I am getting back after PE and so when using a bathmate, I am getting very large gains in the outer surface of the penis with what feels like fluid just under the skin. The erection is then hard inside that "outter covering" of fluid filled flesh. This somewhat soft engorgement will go down over the course of 8 to 12 hours or so.

So my question is, what is that fluid? and what cavity is it filling?

Also I kinda overdid this mornings session and got a couple of blisters on the head of my penis nest to the urethral opening. I haven't popped them or anything, how do you speed that recovery along? need to be in action by Tuesday.

That’s fluid or water retention. This is very easily fixed by sticking with the SRT 5×5×3. This pump in a routine will eliminate all of the fluid and will greatly expand all of the tissue.

from a medical point of view, you're not filling spaces, you're "drawing" lymphatic fluid into the areas between the tissue layers. its normal and its okay and they go away on their own but you can help it to decipate by massaging the area or applying compression (uselss in my opinion why waste the temporary expansion?)
as for the blisters, the best course of action can be decided by their size. if they're small, leave them alone they'll go away in a couple of days by themselves,if big, take a needle from a syringe and make sure its brand new and sterile, clean the area with alcohol then at the very base of the blister right before normal skin is, poke it very gently and allow it to drain but don't apply lots of pressure because if it "pops" and the outer layer is lost, you'll have a couple of very bad days and won't be back in action for at least 2 weeks. keep the area clean and applying antibacterial cream will help it heal faster. good luck and get better soon!

This is insightful, now I can put a hole on a blister successfully without escalating the whole situation.

The most important thing here is to allow yhe blister to drain on its own. Any pressure could cause permanent scars
