The longer answer is for safety...no.

Simple as that, you do want to have some awareness of whats going on in your groin as you are restricting bloodflow etc.

The RoP tho is fine. I do it often. (not tight tho)

I've accidently fallen asloeep wearing ADC and nothing bad happened, but I did wake up with a very painful erection, its happened twice to me. So no don't do it. Levista's answer was right on!
