Pumping with an implant

Hi guys, I have a penile implant and I was wondering, does anybody have any experience or have they been pumping after implant, and what have they noticed.

I had my implant for about two years and I have been pumping for about a year. I generally pump maybe twice a week before sex. I don’t pump it high pressure. I have an automatic pump and it has four settings and I go no higher than two and that usually gives me, a pretty good pump.

I’d like to know if we have any other pumpers with an implant or other who have experience with it to get some feedback. Thanks in advance.

It all depends on the type of implant you got. Is it inflatable? Rigid elongation for length? Semi-rigid and/or soft expansion lateral for girth? Semi-rigid and/or soft expansion for both? Full rigidity for strength?

If you have the semi-rigid and rigid type, pumping is not an issue. Although, it can be uncomfortable as tissues tend to bind or heal onto the implanting rods. During lengthening and contraction, irritation can be felt at those sites, or from rubbing. I've spoken to brothers with semi-rigid implants in the past using both extender and hanging rather than focus on pumping. They do pump, but mainly to increase the size prior to sexual activities. Just like you, they don't pump further than -8inHg and less than 20 minutes.

For inflatable type, just beware of pumping while under inflation pressure. Never inflate and pump.

I never knew you could train girth after getting implants. I wonder if it's safe and I wonder what Modifications they may need to make.

Girth doesn't impact the length implants, BUT, it does place burdens on the filler type. The filler, be the injectable materials straight into the skin or the in the pouches similar to the breast implants, can rupture under pressure. It doesn't take much under the pump. Ever heard of breast implant explode/implode during pressure rises and drops during high and low altitude travels? Oh, plenty of documented cases on that.
