Problem with sleeve

So i got my silistrecher two days ago and two of my sleeves are now torn apart. The first time happened while i was using the silistrecher in my sleep and the second time while i was using the silistrecher throughout the day. I got two more left and I don't want the same thing to happen again. Is there anything that people do wrong when they try to put them on? I would like to know.
