Okay everyone, quick one for y'all! Having put A LOT of hours on \ in my foam ring, it's helped stretched my guy for the last time! Which is to say it's broke, and that I'm way out of warranty, I'll need to pay for the replacement. But more so than paying for it, where it isn't a lot, I'd rather see if there's a DIY replacement that I could buy locally.

One, I've put a lot of money into the PF and PE in general and two, I'd rather go out and buy something in the next day or two as opposed to waiting for a shipment from Switzerland. So I'd love to know if anyone has ideas or experience with replacing the foam ring with the PF... Thanks in advance!

You’ve come at the perfect time because we just released our own device called the SiliStretcher that is everything the Phallosan is but 10 times better. It has a lifetime warranty with no questions asked and you get free upgrades and modifications. There’s no better deal going right now anywhere. Take it advantage of this!

DIY is an express way to my heart. ;)

I checked one video briefly. I would suspect (this is very "I feel like" intuition) that Paracord or some relatively stretchable band material could do the job?
In my head I see making a coil of thinner cords and then covering it with some cloth.
Too bad I can't project this as an image! :P

Sometimes making things yourself can raise self-awareness, pride and stuff, certain ego boost in a way.
As I don't have the item in my hands I have hard time thinking really clearly. I recall paracord could be "burnt" to itself, making that "coil." Then you could use some soft fabric and stitch it, glue it ...
As said, it's image in my mind that I can't project and have hard time putting into words.
And I could be way off anyway! :D

@DLD - Nice dude! Yeah I'm not kicking myself in the ass for having the PF when this came out, as I've had the PF for years, but definitely wouldn't mind an upgrade. (Though my wallet might be irked a little:) I like the design though and wonder just how hidden it could be under pants... Though like the PF, which IS definitely noticeable, if the SilliStretcher is I could still just use it at night.

@arkailija - Ha, yeah I'm usually the opposite, as I trust the 'professionals' over myself. But still good idea though; my only concern being how would the ring be sealed like the foam ring is? (Say we go with the paracord)

The Phallosan was the best stretcher on the market but the issue was they were the only one on the market and that is where their vulnerability was. So we designed one that was much better in every way in at a fraction of the cost. So now they have competition in their product is going to have to be held up against ours and their price will need to be justified. This was all done for the future of the brotherhood. I wish you would’ve gotten one before but it wasn’t around and what you’re using now was the best in the market until we came so you’re really good with what you have.

??? I understand! I am faced with decisions like this constantly ❤️ I’m so happy that we are in control of all of our own products and tools as it makes it so much easier for customer support and quality control. It also gives us a lot of room for creativity and modifications. Plus after being in business for 17 years we really should have all of her own products, who better to design PE products and then the originators?

The same thing happened to me. When my foam ring broke I ended up taking a 5.25 " silicone masturbator tube and part of a rubber exercise band -similar to the ones you get in physical therapy- and I ran the appropriate length of band needed through the silicone sleeve, tied a knot, and connected it to the phallosan belt. It worked great. It's very comfortable. I hope my DIY tip helped.

I wrap the end of the Phallosan belt around my leg. It is fixed by routing the belt through the closed up Velcro fastener. In time the belt is stretched by itself, hence the foam ring will not work anymore. Coming up I will buy some spare parts, however the belt is not available right now. The others parts are available.

I would be super curious to find out what material is is made out of for sure. It seems like some kind of rubberized foam. I really like the texture but can definitely see it as an engineering weak point... Maybe ask the company about it under the suggestion that it might be causing an "allergic" reaction?
