Hello brothers,

i just finished my workout today DBS 10 min , and did a finisher wich is pulling straight out with the lentghmaster.
I felt the pulling sensation deep into my inner penis close to my anus, post workout i still feel that dull sensation, is it a good or bad thing? i did the movement beacuse i saw that it yielded some temporary elongation post workout ?

That sounds like you really tighten your pelvic floor muscles while pulling. It's not a bad thing, but not a good thing either. Try to do a pelvic floor relaxation while pulling. When you take a dump in the toilet next time, remember the feeling of the muscles when you push the turd out. That is the reverse kegel. Use a light reverse level while doing the LM3 routines. It helps out more.

The dull feelings you want is right at the base of the penis, just about 2 to 3 inches below it as well. That is where all the ligaments and muscles you want to feel to have stress loading.
