I'm the first one to chime in with 1.5" of length gain...on this forum anyway. I dont know exactly when I gained all of it anymore...some of the gains have been here and there, just like most of my
hanging routine has been very on again, off again. ALso, some of the first gains ...probably my first 1/2" ish came from using a home made BIB hose
hanger (see sticky threads in
hanger forum). My last 3/4" length gain came the middle of last year when I was on a very intense
hanging schedule,
hanging 3-4 hours total time a day, average of 6 days a week. I was able to keep that schedule up for about 3 months, before my schedule changed. 3/4" over 3 months!
