I ordered the grip system (gripsystem.net) a couple of months ago and still have not received it or anything about the status of it,and when I tried calling their number ,it doesn't work in my area.When I ordered it ,I had to print off a page of the receipt but have got no responding email to the purchase of the product. I don't think my credit card has been charged yet . Anyways what should I do about this,as there is no way of getting hold of them other than email yet when I email them I don't get a response? Sorry this is not a typical topic,but I just don't know what to do at this point?Thank you.

They may have a user forum, it might be worth checking out. Another issue may be they went belly up and are no longer in business. It is hard to tel. I would write a threatening email to get them to respond, something like "I will contact the Better Business Bureau" etc. SOmetimes yjey need a little push to respond to you.
