Piston vacuum isn't working

Today I received the SiliStretcher 2, but when I opened it, I noticed that the piston vacuum did not slide up and down. I am wondering what might be causing it and how it can be fixed. I just tried applying the vacuum to my penis after practicing applying the silisleeve . It was only one try so I know there is no way I could have have broken the piston. I am very confused about what is going on and why the piston won't turn for me. I would appreciate any help you guys have.

Thank you for your reply. When I turn the piston head like it is done at 2:40, the piston does not go up or down; it stays in place as if it were stuck

make sure you push the piston head in with your fingers while turning the knob it most likely just came out

hello @Lightning am trying to make the vaccum work by pushing the piston with my fingers but still not able to get the vaccum work. please help

If the piston is past the “Do Not Pass” line, Get a broomstick, and press it very hard against the piston while turning the vacuum knob clockwise SLOWLY. It may take a lot of force, but don’t worry, you can’t break it.

The best way is to unscrew the broomstick from the broom, put the broomstick directly on the floor, cup your hand around the SiliStretcher glass bell, and put the broomstick inside the SiliStretcher pressing against the piston and press the SiliStretcher towards the floor while SLOWLY turning the vacuum knob clockwise. There are grooves inside the vacuum knob that must catch to the threads on the piston shaft to engage the piston.

great, that worked. also noticed that theres a small hole in the silicap. is that by design? or do i need to get a replacement?

That hole is to release the trapped air.

when I put the weight on the vacuum knob screws and it looses its vacuum at 10lbs @Lightning
