In my personal experience, the silistretcher comes with more quality-of-life features and is generally more comfortable to wear.
The phallosanforte is not constructed very well and makes a ton of squeaking noises, not to mention that the rubber ring starts to irritate the skin after a while.
I don't have any experience with all-night stretching as I never got used to wearing it in bed. I can't sleep on my back.
