Had a quick look and when clicking on the tabs on the left for about us,procedures,before after all i got was HTTP 404 not found.

I'm still making it, it's not even officially released. The menu on the sides that are complete are recommended products, and testimonials.

Yes, looks like another website I have seen. In fact, the source code you are using looks identical.
