I have Peyroines and I was wondering if there was any discussion about this disease on this forum. perhaps some other users have had success fixing their deformities with PE?

Hello gentlemen another follow up question about PE and Peyroines. Is it normal for the penis to retract after these exercises? My penis is often reduced in size and retracted after traction exercise. I am just worried I am over doing it. I am not experiencing any pain in the shaft. I do feel some tension in the groin though.

You should keep your penis elongated during the day with an ADS, penis elongation wrap or a penis sleeve.

The Peyroines forums do not mention this or maybe I missed it. Either way definitely want to keep it from retracting during the day.

Also is there an article on how to perform the reverse kegel that you invented?

Yes it will work. You can't really show a reverse kegel. When you kegel it should be like stopping the flow of urine and a reverse kegel is when you push the flow of urine

Your penis will always retract itself as a means of protection right after you finish stretching it. However, it's not in the best of your favor to allow the penis retract after your session. You need to wrap the penis with a bandage or wear a Silicone sleeve for it to stay elongated as much as possible.

You can buy both the uncle jim wrap and sleeves from the MOS shop.
