Penuma implant question

I heard about the penuma implant and it's supposed to be a sleeve they surgically insert into your shaft skin that basically increases the girth (I'm not sure about the length so much..) by as much as 2"

I'm wondering if this seems like a realistic solution for someone who just wants a little more girth. I don't need 2" or something crazy. I am currently 5" girth and 7" long. I really only want 0.5" in girth and the implant would be a permanent increase. But I'm not sure if this implant is for someone who only needs a small increase in size like me.

I have not had luck with jelqing or pumps. I really just want to be maybe 0.5" thicker.. not quite 6" girth but thick enough to still provide the same effect. I'm okay with my length.

I have tried using the bath mate in the shower but it doesn't suction well sometimes ill get it to pump but then it doesn't do anything and my cock just flops out. I have the bathmate hydro 9. I agree with you I probably won't get my size goal from a surgery I am already good size but I just wanted like a little more girth.

Ahhh ok ok in the light of this new information you provided, I can help out

1. Have you trimmed it? Suction is better with no hair. Hair will avoid proper vacuum seal. Skin and silicone will always work better.

2. Dont use it at the shower, Dont use your muscles to pump it, nor the hose they send or hand pump.

Use this:

Buy a silicone cone with the right measurements, is has to sit on the top of your bathmate’s valve.



Make sure yo measure everything to but something that will fit properly to create a vacuum seal in your valve.

I used to struggle with pumping cause it would take alot of muscle to freaking pump it to the right pressure that I liked.

My pelvis paid the price, my muscles freaking tired.
And on top I was fuckkng locked at the bathroom fooor hours a day, suspicious for the family.
