Penis irritated with manual stretching

When I try to do manual stretching, the corona and below it gets red and irritated, and gets painful. I have used weightlifting chalk, helps with grip but not much with the irritation. Would appreciate advice on how to do manual stretching without this happening.
 
When I do manual stretching I always make sure I'm a 100 percent flaccid.

Make sure your not holding any blood in the glans.

Another tip would be make sure at least you do a 5 minute warm up to prevent injury before stretching.

Try baby powder or go dry.
 
Latex or rubber gloves are great for grips with manual stretching. Try them out. Also your penis will toughen up the further into this you get.
 
There are many things you can do that will help. What has been offered already is great advice. If you continue have a problem with grip or slippage I suggest looking into Lengthmaster, It was made for this exact reason. Plus it lets you use two hands to stretch.
