Penis injury. What happened to my length?

So I have been wondering for sometime where my length went. Here’s the backstory.
I went and had filler injections done for girth. Everything went great and looked great. It actually made my flaccid length even longer. About 1.5” inch more.
I had to keep my penis wrapped and clean. I had 2 incisions from the giant needle. 1 near the top of my penis and one near the base. 1 stitch for each.
By surgeons orders you’re suppose to wait 6 weeks before having sexual intercourse.
I had a gf. Was on testosterone and hadn’t touched myself or done anything in a week which was a record for me. I’d have about 7-8 painful erections throughout the night. I didn’t listen to the surgeons orders and had sex way too early. Long story short it got infected and I ended up in the emergency room. All the filler came oozing out at the injection site. My testicles swelled up and my penis was disfigured looking while all the filler came out. Finally after a week of heavy antibiotics my testicles returned to normal and my penis stopped oozing. The hospital put a pic line in my arm so I could take antibiotics at home and they sent me on my way.
When I looked down at my penis when I got home I could see it was considerably shorter. I gave myself some time to heal and waited till it was safe to get an erection. About a month later I got an erection and measure my length and I had lost 2 whole inches. From 6” EL to 4” EL which was devastating because I wasn’t big to begin with and I needed all the length I could get.
I went back 2 months later and had the filler redone for free and my girth returned but my length did not. Does anyone have any ideas what happened to my length? How’d it just disappear? Did it go inside me or something. My EQ is great so it’s not that.
I will post some picture after there first filler, during the infection, after infection and after 2nd filler.

After infection was almost gone is the picture with my penis bent a bit and then other picture is when it straightened out and I have an erection. You can see form the beginning pics up top of me on the table compared to this one how much length was lost.
My erection also pointed almost straight up and felt extremely tight and uncomfortable.

This was on the table of surgeons for the 2nd round after infection. So much difference in length from where I started.

Results after 2nd round of filler. Noticeable girth but my length was horrible. They tried to cut out fibrosis at the base my my penis but it doesn’t seem like it did anything (that why the stitches) first they went through the a frontal to try and make it look not as bad but couldn’t reach it so they had to go through the public area next.

Here is my penis now about a year later. It seems my length has came back a tiny bit but not completely.
With that all being said does anyone have an idea of what happened to my penis length? Can I get it all back?

You probably lost length due to the trauma of your penis. You had an infection and they cut away tissue of your penis? This may be the reason. If you cut away tissue/cut in tissue it can get tighter.

For example I have a cut from a knife in my forefinger, after they sewed it together, it's much tighter then the rest of my fingers, even many years afterwards.

Getting back the length is "easy" (not per say easy, but stretching your tissue will get you there in time). Just use the LengthMaster 3 for 6 months.
 
I would say that all the procedures and swelling led to cell apoptosis(cell death) which cause this length loss.
" Infections elicit diverse responses in the host that include activation of the innate immune system, inflammation and cell death" quoted from the nature journal.
 
And judging by the severity of the infection and that you took had so much time without getting an erection, this is most likely the culprit.

Yeah I had an infection but the hospital didn’t cut anything form the infection.

the surgeons who did the filler cut out fibrosis near the base of my penis about 3 months later.
But even before he did that my penis was already considerably smaller

Would you say getting length back will be easier than if this would have never happened to me and I just started PE?

I have been using the length master religiously 2x a day for the past week.

Ahh ok, this is a new term for me I haven’t heard. I wonder if that’s the case. There’s obviously no way to tell for sure. But with that being said hopefully with stretching I can get the length back

Let’s say I was going up against myself to see who’d get more length in a year.
The one version of me is the one that never had trauma to the penis
VS
The version of me that had trauma to the penis.
Would one gain faster than the other? or would the length gains be the same for both versions?

This should not matter, do what you can right now. This is true for everything in life.

The past definitely won’t stop me. Was just curious was all. It’s been a long journey just to get back to somewhat normal. The fibrosis stitches you see up above got messed up. I had a giant hole down there for over a year.. But that’s a story for another time. Thanks guys

Also to trust manual penis enlargement, and not to go through with these kind of procedures, where you risk your penile health to be completely compromised.

We have reverse kegels now in penis enlargement, and the best programs in history to increase penis size, so no need to get surgeries.
You just need to put in the work. You're better off in trusting SRT fully, then doctors when it comes to penis enlargement.

I understand if you have a medical condition or something, but these procedures/surgeries should never be preformed to increase penis size.

Yeah most definitely. But this was all done before I even knew about manual PE.

First 30 days-

Warming up with heater in front of me and keeping it on throughout session. 2 sessions a day with
Length Master (bundled) AM and PM

Holding each stretch for 1 minute :

Straight out (twist right)
Straight out (twist left)
Straight out (twist right)
Straight out (twist left)

Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)
Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)


Straight down (twist right)
Straight down (twist left)
Straight down (twist right)
Straight down (twist left)

Straight up left (twist left)
Straight up right (twist right)

Straight out left (twist left)
Straight out right (twist right)

Straight down left (twist left)
Straight down right (twist right)

BTC- 2 minutes
