Hi l’m new to the forum but not new to PE
I saw a posting from last year of someone talking about Dr Udo and his penis enlargement cream. Has anybody used this product and is it effective?

There are no creams or supplements that will make your penis grow. You can find pills that will supplement your work but not take the place of. Along side of a good work out taking a supplement like Titan will benefit you because ingredients are made for healing and erection quality, Two very important parts of growth. So in my opinion start with the solid routine like SRT for the newbie routine and add a supplement to enhance your training and healing.
