I’m new here and i need some advices if y’all may especially from the one and only “DLD”
I have a 6 inch length with 6 inch girth penis and i like to make it bigger especially in length at least 7 or 7.5 and I’m willing to put in the work , so i started DLD newbie routine I’ve been doing it for 5 days and I’m willing to take it for the long run is there any advices on how long should i stick with the newbie routine and when to jump to the more advanced one if there was any ?
Also is there any exercise on lasting longer I’ve been doing penis strokes for two days after my training sessions First day I’ve done 500 and yesterday I’ve done 800 ofc without ejection cuz I don’t want to lose my gains it’s mainly like the edging method
