PeniMasterPro issue with suction/pump

Having an issue with getting penimasterpro on. Everytime the head glans get sucked in it’s fine, but when I turn the pump to release it the head shoots back out.

Watched a number of YouTube videos but no one I’ve seen has this issue of it shooting back out

Could it be that your glans is larger than the vacuum cup itself? If you have to push it onto the glans hard rather than gently put the glans inside, you may need the next cup size up.

If your glans is much smaller than the girth circumference of the penile shaft, it will also happen. The only way to counter this is a "bulk" wrap at the bottom of the glans to create a vacuum seal between the glans's rim (the coronal ridge) and the cup's rim.

It could be the larger issue you suggest, or possibly I just need to have. Apply around with different fittings etc. quite frustrating tbh. I’ll have more of a play around with it next couple days

Larger glans tend to cause over pressurizing issues since there's no buffer space between the skin and the cup's wall. Just like a pump's cylinder, there should be a minimum gap of 2mm all around the penile body. When the air is vacated, the skin comes into contact with the wall, creating inflated/expanded friction surface area.

When there is already full contact with the wall before air can vacate, you create tons of vacuum pressure at the tip of the glans near the urethra. One strong pull from the cup, the pressure concentrates directly at the tip of the glans, and you'll have one concentrated bloody blister or open wound because the pressure rises past -12inHg from a 1kg tension pull. Ugly thing to have. I've accidentally done that on myself once.

The same is true for the cup being too loose. When the cup is more than 4mm all around, the skin can't come into contact with the wall, and lack of friction causes all the traction to be diverted to the sleeve, tearing the sleeve much quicker. But this can be compensated by wrapping more at the base of the glans to create the "bulk" to seal the glans in better. All pressure and traction will be distributed around the entire glans's rim/ridge. Better than one concentrated pressure zone at the tip of the glans.
