Hello there PE'ers I'm knew to the forum and it's lifestyle. But Im going pretty much "all in". I started PE 3 days ago And I hang now between 4-6 hours a day. I plan to hang,stretch and exercice my body to get a "PornStar AlfaMale shit look" xD Ive been reading And soaking up info. But I feell insecuritys And worries. i know its only been 3 days and I do see some visual difference but measurments still the same. I hang 1kg which is about 2lbs And sometimes get to hang 4lbs 2kg
I hang tie rope from my dick head behind glans and sit,walk,swing It.

Welcome to the brotherhood! The work you’re doing is not nearly enough to make any type of game. I suggest you start with a more structured work out. A great place to start and build an excellent foundation is with the newbie routine. It covers every angle of gain possible is it primes you for the more intense work found in the SRT Routine
