PE Routine with X4 labs extender

I was moving few days ago and found out I have a X4 labs Ive purchased a while back (was hyped about PE, never got into it eventually)
I'm looking for a nice routine which includes the extender in it.
I'm pretty swamped so I cannot dedicated too much time a day for it.
I was thinking about getting a Bathmate and combining them with some manual stretching.

I can help you out with the routine that’s no problem. So how much time do you have every day that you can give me for a work out? Let me know the tools that you have and if you pick up a Bathmate. How much size do you want to game? Are you more interested in length or girth or both? Let me know some of these answers and I’ll help you put a routine together. If you need some reference look through the SRT routine and the newbie routine

I can give it half an hour (PE workout I can do during the day, I guess)
I have purchased the Bathmate and looking for it to arrive so currently Im looking for a routine with the X4 labs (wearing it 8h a day after 3 days of 3 hours) and in 2-3 weeks Id be looking for one that also includes the bathmate.

I have checked the newbie routine, where can I cut some time from it?

When your Bathmate Arrives let me know and I can help you work out a routine with that. As far as cutting away work from the routine let me know what you want to cut away and I’ll help you modify the routine.

It would take a couple of weeks to arrive to my country due because of the pandemic and the fact our post office is slow.

In the meanwhile can I combine the newbie routine with the X4 labs?
Is there a video section of the stretches on site just to make sure Im doing it right.

I`ll try not to cut down anything and see if I can squeeze it to my daily routine.

also, is there an extender I can use at night? that would be better.

Yes I highly recommend doing the newbie routine and using your X labs extender as much as possible in an active sense and also in a passive way. Once your equipment comes in let me know and will sit down and create a routine for you
