PE Plateau

Hi everyone, I have been stuck on a plateau for about 1-2 years at 7.75-8 nbpel. My goal is to be 9 inches nbpel. My bone pressed EL typically hovers between 8.5-9 inches.

I have tried every stretching device out there, BIB hanger, manual stretches, length master and vacuum hangers. Manual stretching got me to 7.25 and bib and length master has gotten me to 7.75 but I have been stuck on a plateau ever since.

any advice on what I can do? I been told by many who have practiced PE that have stated that you can only gain 1.75-2 inches. Which falls in line with my growth considering I was 6inches nbpel when I began. Any advice is welcome!

Look into Ultrasound PE therpy
